These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Pokerta Bleopal, an independent offline poker venue in Sydney, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By entering Pokerta Bleopal or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and event participants. If you do not agree, you must leave the venue immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the poker room and card lounge areas of Pokerta Bleopal.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for age verification. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.
Changes to Terms
Pokerta Bleopal may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Continued use of the venue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms were last updated on 12 September 2026.
Venue Access and Conduct
General Conduct
Visitors must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times while at Pokerta Bleopal.
Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The venue reserves the right to remove any person who violates these conduct rules.
Prohibited Items and Activities
The following are not permitted inside Pokerta Bleopal:
- Illegal drugs or weapons
- Outside food and beverages
- Photography or recording in the poker room without prior consent
- Any form of cheating or collusion at poker tables
Dress Code
A smart casual dress code applies in the poker room and card lounge.
Sportswear, thongs, and offensive clothing are not permitted.
Right to Refuse Entry
Pokerta Bleopal reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person at its discretion, including for failure to comply with these terms or venue policies.
Poker Table Reservations
Reservation Process
Poker table reservations can be made through the venue's website, by phone, or in person.
Reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking. To make a reservation by phone, call +61 459 318 642.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to poker table reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. The venue may release unclaimed tables after 15 minutes past the reserved time.
Fees and Charges
Poker table reservations may be subject to a table fee or minimum spend, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Private Poker Events
Event Booking
Private poker events must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and venue approval.
A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
Payment Terms
Payment for private poker events is due as specified in the event agreement.
The venue may require full payment before the event date. Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended hours.
Cancellation by Venue
Pokerta Bleopal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a private poker event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the venue will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of any deposit paid.
Restaurant and Card Lounge
Restaurant Service
The restaurant at Pokerta Bleopal operates during posted opening hours and is subject to availability.
Menu items and prices may change without notice. Dietary requirements should be communicated to staff when ordering.
Card Lounge Use
The card lounge is available for casual play and social gatherings, subject to the same conduct rules as the poker room.
Reservations may be required during peak times.
Responsible Play
Responsible Play Commitment
Pokerta Bleopal is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for all poker players.
- The venue encourages players to set personal limits and play within their means.
- Staff are trained to assist with any concerns related to responsible play.
- The venue does not offer credit or loans for poker play.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokerta Bleopal is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the venue, except where caused by the venue's negligence.
This includes loss of personal property, unless deposited with staff for safekeeping.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
Pokerta Bleopal may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the venue after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
